[wsjt-devel] JTSDK-QT Upgrade (Hamlib3) - Affects WSJT-X Rig Control

Hello All,

An issue was discovered with the original Hamlib3 binaries in JTSDK-QT.
This is an important upgrade for those using JTSDK-QT to build WSJT-X as
it can cause many issues with properly linking to the libraries needed
for proper rig control (rigctl, rigctld, libhamlib.a etc).

UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Open C:\JTSDK-DOC\jtsdk-docenv.bat, at the prompt:

svn update

update

- Close JTSDK-DOC CMD window.

To verify the upgrade installed properly, browse to C:\JTSDK-QT\hamlib3
and you should find a file named: april-2014.txt.
