#2 Plugin failure

I have downloaded the plugin and tried it with following
versions of Eclipse. It doesn't work with any of them.
That is, the Import wizard never displays the 'Import
Web Reference' option.

Eclipse 2.0
Eclipse 2.0.2
Eclipse 2.1.3
Eclipse 3.0.1
Eclipse 3.1M4

Any ideas?
