Project started

Okay. A short news just to tell a bit about our work.
Normmatt did alot of fixes to the cygne sdl version taken from some oswan and other emulators. "RetroSwan" will get out as soon we implementated some WonderWitch features.
The withoutwonderwitch Lib (wwwLib) joined the project, too and is under construction.
The HP is up and soon we hopefully bring out first results.
