I'm getting the same error described in https://sourceforge.net/p/wsclean/tickets/50/ when I use a docker image created from a different machine. Could you please add the -DPORTABLE tag you added to wsclean to chgcentre also.

    I've added a -DPORTABLE=True function which skips -march=native (in trunk).
