Thank you for your feedback. You can do this with verson 0.9 by entering all the words in upper case only.
Then you need to select 'Word Search' -> 'Fill alphabet' and type ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ into the box.
Next time you press 'create' you should see only capital letters in the grid.
