WritRecogn / News: Recent posts

I am a bit off track, for I start a new relative project: libUnihan, which benefits many CJK input framework and IMEs, include WritRecogn.

Basically it is refined version of 0.1.8. However, there is something new:
* XML format now support Relative Radical Bounding Box.
* Wubi/StrokeSequenc and Tomoe import provide in 0.1.1 is back.
* Able to export as Tomoe XML format.
