Java Service Wrapper version 2.2.8

The latest release of the Java Service Wrapper was released today.

New features include:
Added additional properties to provide greater control over the Wrapper's various timeouts.

Improved the documentation is several places.

Added a new WrapperStartStopApp helper class to work cleanly with applications like Tomcat.
Added a samples section to the documentation.
Added the ability to log messages at particular log levels from the JVM.

There were also a couple bugs fixed. Please see the release notes for a full list of changes.
