Could some one walk me through the steps to resolve the problem of my  
application's inability to open completley. It seems that this error message has  
something to do with the problem......
 
 
O [WrapperSimpleAppMain]  ERROR Velocity - ResorceManager :  unable to find 
resource 'VM _global_library.vm'  in any resource  loader.
 
JVM Process resource has not recieved any CPU time for 429496713  seconds.
