wrapper-user

Glen,

I applied the changes Rune suggested and everything builds fine with VC7.
But I did not use VisualStudio but only build.bat to generate the wrapper.

I'm using Visual C++ .net Standard 2003 but that shouldn't make any difference.

Are you using vc++ 7.0 (i.e. .net) or a full visual studio install?
