I've just checked in changes to the 4.2 & 5.0 branches to change
from the custom win32 service to use the wrapper from
   http://wrapper.tanukisoftware.org

It was simple to use and is working fine for me - so thanks
to the tanukisoftware folks.

I'd appreciate testing of this from real win32 users before the
next releases.  The wrapper is in extra/win32 and I have included
a simple readme.
