What happens if you execute each of the following on your system?
1) uname -a
2) uname -p
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E6750 @ 2.66GHz
3) uname -m
4) uname -i
5) uname -o
The script as is tries `uname -p`. If it is not unknown then it tries
`uname -m`. If your `uname -m` returns a useful value then I may
need to skip `uname -p` values containing spaces.
