[Wrapper-user] Question to users running on non-english systems

There was an anonymous bug posted a while back that aid that the Wrapper
did not
start up correctly if the Wrapper binary was located on a path which
contained
high ascii characters. Unfortunately the poster never replied to my queries.

Living in Japan, I often run within paths containing double byte
characters without
any problem. That said, just because it works on Japanese does not mean
that all
is working correctly for other languages.

So if any of you have access to non-english systems, I would be
interested in
hearing about any problems.
