Have you checked in the services control panel to see if the Startup Type = is set to Manual or Automatic?=20 When you install the service (using the batch file provided with JavaServic= eWrapper) the Startup Type should be set to Automatic if wrapper.ntservice.= starttype=3DAUTO_START is in the wrapper.conf file. However, you can = change the Startup Type yourself in the Services Control panel and it will = obey how you set it (not how it's set in the wrapper.conf file).=20 I would still recommend having the value in the wrapper.conf file match = what you want it to be in case you decide to uninstall and reinstall the = service later on. -Jeremy Fujimoto-Johnson Sr. Programmer/Analyst - eTechnology Adventist Health >>> ste...@sr... 6/10/04 12:52:58 PM >>> I am using the wrapper, on NT 2000, and it seems to be working just fine, = except for one thing.=20 Even though the parameter is set to AUTO_START, when I install the = service, or reboot the machine, the service does not start. I can start = it manually, and it works fine.=20 Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening, or how I can fix = it. I would rather it start when the machine was booted.=20 Thanks, ******************************************************** Stewart B.
