[Wrapper-user] Wrapper Service not automatically starting on NT

I am using the wrapper, on NT 2000, and it seems to be working just fine, 
except for one thing.

Even though the parameter is set to AUTO_START, when I install the 
service, or reboot the machine, the service does not start.  I can start 
it manually, and it works fine.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening, or how I can fix 
it.  I would rather it start when the machine was booted.
