Hi,

I have a question regarding the following article provided on Tanuki’s Troubleshooting page:
https://wrapper.tanukisoftware.com/doc/english/troubleshooting.html#13

When I boot up one of my Windows 2008 agents running the Tanuki wrapper, I get the following error in my agent log:
“A signature was found in "C:\wrapper-windows-x86-32-3.5.7-pro\bin\wra pper.exe", but checksum failed: (Errorcode: 0x800b010a)”

I have determined that for some reason the “UTN-USERFirst-Object” certificate is not being generated in the “Third Party Root CA” folder within certmgr.
So, I would follow your troubleshooting advice by moving the “UTN-USERFirst-Object” certificate from the “Third Party Root CA” folder to the "Trusted Root Certificate Authorities" folder but when my agent starts up it never actually generates a “UTN-USERFirst-Object” certificate in the "Trusted Root Certificate Authorities" folder.
Also, I have Trust only Enterprise certificates disabled...

Is there another possible reason why the Tanuki wrapper is unable to generate “UTN-USERFirst-Object” certificate in the "Trusted Root Certificate Authorities" folder?

Thank you in advance.
