Hi Raja,

I noticed there is new announcement on the Wrapl's home page.
I kindly glad you are still working on it.
There is Windows build mentioned on the Download page.
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/wrapl/wrapl-3.10.1216M.exe
But the link leads nowhere. It seems broken.
If possible, could you, please, upload the file?
