Web Resource Application Framework / News: Recent posts

A lot of documentation has been added to RDF::Service. PODs and HTML with a lot of concepts explained. The installation instructions has been expanded.

This project was started in 1998 with a long planning, learning and experimenting stage.

We will initiate the CVS repository within the next two weeks, submitting the exisitng code.
