#11 preserve timestamps

I'd find it more useful, if timestamps of uploaded files are preserved (switch "preserve on"). Else the files properties are modified to time of transmission. This makes it impossible to decide, if the file content is really newer than the local one and makes the option --timestamping parially useless.

Nevertheless - wput is a great tool for me!

I support this feature request : I'm using wput to send files for backup purposes, and it would be helpful to keep the original creation and modification date and times.
