#4 Thumbnail size setting problem

This is less important than my recent JPG setting
broken post. I think the thumbnail size setting is not
working because I can't get it to keep its value.
Also, when initially setting the size of a Picture, it
does not hold. I can then set it by Righ-clicking,
properties, and then setting it--which holds. Again,
the 0kb AVI's are a problem as well.
