#3 JPG Compression Setting Broken?

I'm not sure what the problem is but the JPEG
compression setting (default=20) does not seem to
change anything. I have tried using 0, 100, and
everything in between but I can't seem to get anything
saved out other than these 40KB (640x480) images and I
want them to be more like 60KB or higher. I'm assuming
the previous version did not have this problem so
perhaps you could revert to the old code for
compressing at the setting? I'd appreciate an update
