#38 Delegation

It seems as though, if I try to login or add my openid, I get "Error: Could not discover an OpenID identity server endpoint at the url: my-url.com." I can't put this in my header "<link rel="openid.server" href="http://my-url.com/openid/" /><link rel="openid.delegate" href="http://my-url.com/openid/" />" to delegate an openid server and login, but others can use delegation to log into my site. If given the link directly to the openid server it works fine.
