#26 wpopenid noisy in my logs

In the current tar balled release, the debug is currently on in openid-registration.php it's an easy fix.

define ( 'WORDPRESSOPENIDREGISTRATION_DEBUG', false );

I have GMP compiled into PHP, I don't think that it should complain in the logs about not having BCMath, when I have GMP.
