Initial Comment:
Wordpress version: 3.5
WPMU LDAP installation type: subfolders (not subdomains)
When a ldap user log for the first time in wordpress, a wordpress user and a new site are automatically created. But a trailing slash is missing after the domain name for the creation of the new site.
E.g, the site created will be http://wp.domain.tlduser instead of http://wp.domain.tld/user

I've just tested it with wordpress 3.4.2, and everything works well.
