#7 Adding WPMU Users Manually from an LDAP Browser

Creating WPMU user accounts that tie to an LDAP account is messy and tricky, and poorly featured right now. This is useful in a context where WPMU user accounts are _not_ automatically created, and so the Site Admin must manually create all the accounts. It would be nice to be able to select users from a listing of LDAP accounts and then create / populate a WPMU account based on that information.
