[Wpkg-announce] wpkg-0.9.12-test3 released

WPKG 0.9.12-test3 has been released. Hopefully I didn't break too many 
things and it will be the the last "-test" ;)


Changelog

* don't require config.xml - if someone doesn't use WPKG Web or just 
doesn't know what config.xml is

* fixed bug 75 (File version check does not work properly)


Give it a good testing... If you find any issues, please report them to
the list.

There is a "patches" directory which contains all code changes between 
the latest -test release.
