We have been using hylafax since 2005, but now have a new win7 PC, and the original client does not work, so we have found your project and are most interested…we tried to install on the win7 PC, but got "ERROR 1805" during the install.
I then tried to install on a fresh XP machine, the install went ok but when I try to print to the FAX printer, the popup window does not come. A file FP00000.SPL comes into C:\windows\system32\spool\printers at 64k size, then goes to 0k size. A file of same name with SHD extension of 0k size is there too.
Does this mean anything to you, do you have any suggestions?

Please check your version of Windows 7. If it is 64-bit version you have to use package for 64-bit system. I created new file for download and it contains all versions. 32-bit and 64-bit. Please download it again and then choose the right version for your OS.
2) Popupp window on WinXP
Which files did you copy to folder Windows/system32. There must be 2 files. HylaPrintMon.dll and HylaPrintUI.exe.
Windows XP is 32-bit system. You can try reboot computer.
