I'm using a terminal server, where can I set per user settings?
The email address for notifications is the one I specifically want to individualize.

Maybe user cant edit printer port settings because of admin rights. You can do it manually.
example (Win7, other OS similarly):
In account with admin rights:
1) Open settings port and change the box below Hylafax to your username
2) set username, password, email, notif, modem, addrbook,pagesize, resolution
3) click OK
4) copy C:\Users\CURRENT_USERNAME_WITH_ADMINRIGHTS\AppData\Roaming\Wphfxwin7\settings.xml
to
C:\Users\ANOTHER_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Wphfxwin7\settings.xml
and edit this file and change email
5) Be sure that UseUserConfig is 1 in this file.
