How to call Send Fax from Access

Hi All,
is there a way to call Send_Fax from another Program like Access and give it a fax number to send a document to directly ?

If my investigations are correct, Send_Fax is HylaPrintUI.exe

Will it accept parameters and what is the correct way to call it from another program ?

Hello
the document have to be print before send fax. I don't understand how send fax without it.
Unfortunately nowadays I have no time because of state examination.  (till June)
