[Wpg-proxy-development] draft uml design

All,

I have added a simple UML diagram to try to clarify
more precisely what I mentioned in previous emails. 
In addition there are some design notes.  Right now
the emphasis is on the basic HTTP proxy and it is of
course still incomplete but we can fill in the details
over the coming days.

Based on what is already done it would be pretty easy
to get a first version proxy (for HTTP) up and
running.
