#1 swap work turns by mates

Hello,

i'm cheking your project but i would like to ask you for a feature: we're a team of 6 people, and we have to work each one one afternoon every week. As the default turns stablished by our boss dont fit our needs, oftenly we swap them between us. Could your software include a feature to allow us change our turns? I imagine it with John requesting Alice to swap their turns sending her an automatic email asking for the change ("click this link if you want to change your turn with %NAME").
