Create a flowchart that takes a free agent player from his current team to a new team. How does the player decide which team to go to? What factors does he consider?

Can you explain what you mean by college? Not sure I'm understanding...

Factors I was thinking would include: Money, Team Record, Owner Rep, etc...

I mean if a player was assigned a college to be drafted from, they might have a higher chance signing with a team around that region.

Madden uses the following indicators for Free Agency

Coach Ability
Scheme Fit
Team Need
Contract Length
Salary Amount
Signing Bonus
Location

And then I would add...

Play for a Contender

Maybe also Coach Connection (meaning if they are familiar with the coach).
