players are able to move up or down 1 slot - so starting from most athletic to least athletic defensively you'd have CB > S > LB > DE > DT. So all a corner could do is move DOWN. Safeties can move UP or DOWN to corner or LB. Any player moving UP would need to have considerable athleticism.

QB > WR/RB > RB > FB > TE > OT > OG > OC

CB > S > LB > DE > DT

Users will have a list of players who are "eligible" for positional changes. Players should have a "learn new position" modifier that determines how well they will be at their new position currently. Some players will be able to quickly make a change over while other will have limited effectiveness long-term and will never really be able to pick it up well...

EDIT: Add a Position Group for each player(ie, CB, FS, SS) to help with changes inside the NFL grouping. Add possibility for D to O and O to D changes
