The NFL has a salary cap that fluctuates every year and has many. many rules that need to be coded in regarding how it works, etc...the cap is different at different times of the year because they calculate it differently(ie, during the season versus the off season). Need to implement the rules for calculating salary cap hits on a yearly basis, bonus money, contract structure, etc...
