webEngine project started

We announced that the new open source project of the Positive Technologies Research Team is started now.

webEngine is the library that can be used for black-box web site analyzing. It provides functionality for downloading data from web, parsing that data and perform search and analyzing of the HTML code, scripts and the site infrastructure.
