#4 Change to previous wallpaper

Sometimes you liked a specific wallpaper and when it changed (to another wallpaper) you wish you could just get the last one back.

I suggest keeping previous wallpaper in a variable and adding a systray menu item "Back to previous wallpaper" that will do just that.

I don't think there's a need to keep a complete history for that purpose (although it might serve other purposes), just a single previous wallpaper. I don't think anyone would want to change to their previous-previous wallpaper since if they liked it they would have already changed back to it when it was change.
