#2 inform user of current wallpaper

I think the user should be able to tell somehow what is the currently displayed wallpaper. As far as my idea goes it can be implemented in two ways (either one of them or both).

1. By tooltip - on wallpaper change update systray tooltip to say something like "Wallpaper Changer | Current wallpaper: <current_wallpaper>".

2. By menu - Add a systray menu item "Go to current wallpaper (<current_wallpaper>)". Pressing this menu item will open explorer in the current wallpaper folder with the file selected.
