Hi,

I tried to invoke wp2latex.exe

$ wp2latex.exe -v
wp2latex 2.110 29 Aug 2002 modules:(WORD,T602,MTEFF,UNICODE,RTF,abiword,Accent,HTML,OLE Stream,WP4.x encrypted,WP5.x encrypted,WP6.x,WP5.x,WP4.x,WP3.x,WPG )

$ wp2latex.exe foo.doc

  it is very clean (I hope). According to your output you should not type "out".
