#5 Single quote in query causes error

While using the "All in One SEO" plug-in I noticed that if I enter in a string with a single quote (apostrophe) into the Home Title field and then click update options the following error is thrown:

Warning: vsprintf(): Too few arguments in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wordpress\wp-content\mu-plugins\wp-db-abstraction\translations\sqlsrv\translations.php on line 226

If I remove the single quite then the save occurs without issue. It appears that translations.php is not handling single quotes in fields well.
