#8 Expandable Links

It would be really nice to have a plug-in that allowed
you to expand your link categories. For example, you
could have a bunch of links under the category 'blog'.
When you pushed a + sign, it would expand the blog
category, showing all the links underneath it.
Clicking the + again would hide the blog links.
