#7 Guestbook -Wordpress Integration

I would like to request a plugin to integrate this
guestbook into Wordpress page. The guestbook is
http://www.vipergb.de.vu

The plugin is only an overlay to the Wordpress theme.
So there is no database connection or anything. I
think is sample than involve with database.
