#19 post to specific page

I wonder if you could develop or shout at me if there
is one that can permit me to write a post, then assign
it solely to a page so that it appears within that
page and not on the front page of the blog. They would
also be able to be truncated with a ...read more link
to the full article. The idea being that a page could
hold numerous articles showing a title and perhaps 100
words swith a read more link. I hope my description
