#11 Connection Reset on update

I am using the latest rpgo-CharacterProfiler v1.6.2,
supplied with the latest Characters Viewer 2.73 Beta.

I have at least 12 characters stored.

My "CharacterProfiler.lua" is 971 KB

When I upload it, the entire file is placed in the
data/uploads/ dir, then I get the firefox error message:

The connection to the server was reset while the page
was loading.
----------------------------------

No data is being entered into the sql database.

I've tried 2 completely different apache/php/mysql
installs, both yield the same result.

What am I missing?

Using the supplied CharacterProfiler, that comes with
WoWProfiler, I get these errors in game:
