#25 Tooltip Layering

There seems to be a layering issue where the tooltips
are placed behind the icons and thus having info in the
tooltip hidden.

Example:
http://www.guild-base.com/sf/forum/roster/char.php?
name=Vindico&server=Boulderfist

I have the same problem with my site.
It seems to be a browser thing.
With Firefox I don't have this issue.
A browser check maybe the sollution..
