The layout in IE hides the tooltip that pops up. I'm not
knowledgeable at all in CSS, if anyone out there can

I fixed it
just find ".tooltip .tip {" in default.css
and change "top: 45px;" to "bottom: 40px;"
It be ok.

I made the change "top: 45px;" to "bottom: 40px;" but I am
still having problems. The change did help but I don't think it
fixed the issue.
