#4 alpha client compatibility

I miss all the old cities and maps (such as Kul Tiras
and Crestfall) from pre-alpha/alpha game stage. Sadly
current version of Wowmapview cant load them, it fails
to load maps as the MPQ files are placed on different
directories and divided for subcategories (ie:
maps\azeroth and istances\karazhan) What about
adding compatibility with those old builds on next
version?
