#11 Add Karmatic Events

This is a GUI addition to the player menu which enables
the player to choose a type of Karmatic event which is
eitehr good or bad, (these will be sub menus which will
replace the current Karma++ and Karma--) .

Also a window is required to allow the configuration of
these. There will be 10 each of these, 10 good ones,
10 bad ones.

Also a command line option to assign karma this way,
should also be added.
