#11 Troubles with cyrillic characters and quotes

Hello! I'm not native English speaker, so sorry for that.
I have some troubles with cyrillic characters.
It works perfect when I use English characters, like Ryldor, The-Shattar etc. Check this out on my test page http://checkarmory.comli.com/wowarmoryapi/wow1.php When I use cyrillic characters it doesn't work. For example, try to find Скилли @ Разувий (wow armory link http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/%D1%80%D0%B0%D0%B7%D1%83%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B8/%D0%A1%D0%BA%D0%B8%D0%BB%D0%BB%D0%B8/simple) . And it doesn't work with such characters as ' (quote). If you type The Sha'tar on my test page in the "REALM" box, it won't work, but The-Shatar will.
So, can you help me? Your PHP WOW API is pretty good. I hope It will work with cyrillic. Thank you for response.
