#1 New Construction - Units

Okay, so, here is my idea for a new construction. We
need to add a construction called 'Stealth Academy'
(Its name may change). This would allow the player to
create units considered 'Stealthy', and even some BU
units. Yes, I know, kinda ripping Bushtarion here, but
alwell. The units could be called Assassins, Ninjas,
Snipers, Agents(or Secret Agents), F-117, F-15 Eagle(or
NightHawk), Submarines, Visby warship.
Those are just a few of my ideas. I will go into detail
with all of them later.
