#5 Cannot Run on Windows 2000

You will need to update your system requirements help, it says it will run on 98/2000, it will not. It crashes stating the API TzSpecificLocalTimeToSystemTime does not exist. According to MSDN, this API is only supported on XP/2003 or higher. thanks.
