This C library returns a (high-resolution) landmask in either unsigned char * or a bitarray * format for a desired region of the world. Value 0 is water, > 0 (or set) is land. It has an internal database or user can supply a coastline shapefile that this rasterizes (See Readme.txt)

This also can return the land mask for an input SICD or SIDD (or other) image.

Compiles on Windows using supplied Visual Studio solutions or on Linux using supplied makefiles. (See Readme.txt)
